DO YOU OWN A TOYOTA PRIUS?
If so, you NEED to read this page!
Toyota Prius has a hybrid battery in them that will only last up to 8 years or about 150,000 miles. This sounds great right? It's great...well until the battery starts to give out on you...and you go to the Dealership (the only place that will even touch a Prius) and they tell you the cost of a NEW battery! You will then know how it REALLY feels to be the proud owner of a Toyota Prius with a $4000.00 dollar problem!
Oh, ya! That is NOT a typo above! It is for real! Go to your Dealer or call them right now and you will find out that the cost of a NEW battery is outrageous! Rediculous! Armed robbery!
But, guess what there is a way to get your Toyota Prius fixed for WAY cheaper and either YOU can fix it...or if you don't feel comfortable...take this information below to your trusted Mechanic and he/she will gladly fix it for you. And, they or you can do it for a fraction of what the Dealer is going to charge you. A fraction! Like $500.00 if you do it and maybe $1000.00 if you pay someone! Still alot of money for a battery, but way cheaper than the Dealer.
So, if you own a Toyota Prius 2001-2003 model you should immediatly obtain this information so you can be ready for the battery problem that is going to come your way. Don't be caught without this information or what will you do? You'll pay the $4000.00 to the Dealership, cause you won't know what to do. Be an informed Consumer!
