NATURAL NUTRITION

This is my story: 

     Over 22 years ago I was diagnosed with a heart murmer.  Sometimes I'd get pains that would last for hours in my heart, like heart-burn but it wasn't.  Mind you, I'm a very stubborn person and I don't like Doctors.  Still I went to the only Doctor I trusted, Doctor Horrocks, he's gone now, and he wasn't in very good shape himself, but he was an honest Doctor, something you don't find too much of now.  He was a GP (General Practioner) for those that haven't heard of a GP before, 22 years ago GP's were prevalent almost everywhere, now all the Doctors are so called "Specialist", basically they just push prescription drugs onto people nowadays, but back 22 years ago Dr. Horrocks told me after I went in to see him about my heart pains, he said, "Two things you can do.  One: Change your diet, eat healthier and continue to exercise (I'd always been very active in my life).  Two: Get on some prescription drugs to help the pains and the heart murmer."
